Have you ever wondered how to make your life easier? How about some everyday life hacks? Here are some tips that will make your day run a little smoother.
1. Freeze leftovers in a muffin tin. If you have some leftover sauce or soup, use a muffin tin to freeze individual portions. Once they are frozen, pop them out and store them in a Ziploc bag in the freezer. Simply reheat and serve!
2. Use a binder clip to hold cords in place. Do you hate it when your cords get tangled up? Use a binder clip to hold them in place! Just clip the cords together and you'll never have to deal with tangled cords again.
3. Use a clothespin to hold your nail while painting. Do you love painting your nails, but hate how messy it can be? Use a clothespin to hold your nail while you paint it. This will prevent you from smudging your nails and make the process so much easier!
4. Don't throw away stale bread. If you have stale bread, don't throw it away! Instead, put it in a Ziploc bag with a moist paper towel. Microwave for 10-15 seconds and it will be as good as new.
5. Cut your pancake with a pizza cutter. Do you hate having to cut your pancake with a knife and fork? Use a pizza cutter instead! It’s fast, easy and creates perfect portions.
6. Use a rubber band to unscrew a stripped screw. If a screw becomes stripped, wrap a rubber band over the top and then try to unscrew it. The extra grip from the rubber band will allow you to easily remove the screw.
7. Use a toothpick to fix a stuck zipper. If your zipper is stuck, use a toothpick to fix it. Gently insert the toothpick into the zipper and move it up and down the zipper track. This should loosen up any fabric caught in the zipper and allow it to move freely again.
8. Use a lint roller to clean your keyboard. Do you hate having a dirty keyboard? Use a lint roller to easily pick up any crumbs or dirt that may be stuck in between the keys.
